Designed to use with rope, chain, strap, animal leashes and other home, farm, and recreational applications. This hardware is double bolt is for quick attachment at both ends. It has an easy bolt retraction with pull down trigger with a stainless steel spring. The chrome finish is resistant to rust and corrosion and has a zinc die-cast body. This standard duty hardware has a safe working load of 70 pounds.
